The app has no developer analytics, advertising or account server. Mail credentials and service keys are encrypted on this phone using Android Keystore. Mail is read via IMAP and sent via SMTP over secure connections to your provider. Password-based IMAP/SMTP may not work with providers requiring OAuth sign-in.
Calendar permission reads your selected calendar and allows adding, changing or deleting events through actions you confirm. The phone calendar service manages synchronization.
Notes, original audio, reminders and settings stay in private app storage. Notes and reminders can be deleted individually. Removing an account removes it from the app, not from the mail provider. Clear app data or uninstall in phone settings to remove all local data. Android automatic backup is disabled. Data already sent to providers is subject to their retention policies.
Revoke permissions in phone settings. Declining a required permission disables the related feature, not the whole app.
Voice control uses the microphone. Estonian audio is sent to your chosen Azure or ElevenLabs service for recognition; text read aloud (including selected emails, messages, notes and meetings) is sent to Azure. English and Spanish use the phone speech service, which may process data online. Hands-free listens only while the app is visible. Cloud usage is billed to the owner of the configured key. You can decline and use buttons and text.
My assistant reads senders and message previews from active notifications of apps you select for the day overview and reading aloud. It does not read or save conversation history. Reading sends visible text to the speech provider: Azure for Estonian, the phone service for English/Spanish. You can disable individual apps and revoke access in phone settings.
My assistant uses precise location for arrival reminders even when the app is closed or not in use. Android compares your location with saved places. Coordinates and reminders stay on the phone; no travel history is saved. Address lookup and opening maps send the query or location to the map service. Turning Arrival alerts off stops monitoring. Other features work without location access.
This website uses Sites hosting. The hosting provider may process technical request data, such as IP addresses, for security and delivery. The developer has not added analytics, advertising or tracking pixels.
